We welcome International customers from any country in the world.
The usual order dispatch time (the time between the order being placed and it being mailed out is the dispatch time) is 1 to 3 business days** (not including weekends and public holidays) from the date the order is placed. (**During September - March period, order processing time may be longer due to increased demand).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery time for most of the shipments is
Domestic Europe and UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland: 5-10 working days after you receive the dispatch email
North America: 7-14 working days after you receive the dispatch email
Asia and Australia: 10-18 working days after you receive the dispatch email
Latin America: 12-24 working days after you receive the dispatch email
Africa: 14-26 working days after you receive the dispatch email
Please note - We send Standard Mail and times do vary. We dispatch quickly but do allow time for delivery.
We reserve up to 20 business days for delivery. (Not including weekends and public holidays). Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimated and subject to change without notice.
We offer FREE shipping worldwide
Orders up to $50 - An Post - are shipped with small padded envelopes or small parcels that are not trackable.
Orders from $50 - Fastway Courier or Registered Post- are shipped with small padded envelopes or small parcels with the online tracking option.
- To keep your delivery costs low, we do not request tracking on every item. If you are concerned about delivery in your area, please choose the Recorded Delivery option at the checkout.
- Most of our products are packaged in small padded envelopes and so can be placed through your letter box. In the case of a larger parcel that cannot go through your letter box, your local mail delivery service will notify you and you can arrange collection/delivery from your local Post Office
- Orders outside the Republic of Latvia are handed over to the relevant postal service for each country and therefore we cannot control any delay experienced as a result. The delivery times above are given by An Post as a guideline.
- The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date. The Buyer will be notified by (Dispatch Confirmation) email once the order has been dispatched. You can also log into your account to check your order status.
Our goal is to deliver to you only the best quality products. In case you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them and choose another of the same price or refund. You must pay for the postage. If you order the wrong size or colour item and you wish to send it back for exchange, you are responsible for the postage costs. We will always exchange or replace broken or faulty products. Just send the item back with a detailed note.
